PERSONAL TOUCH CARPET CARE EARNS “BEST IN BUSINESS AWARD

David and Alesia Sanders owner of Personal Touch Carpet Care in Fayetteville Tennessee are the proud recipients of the Best In Business Award. Personal Touch was chosen number one from among all the carpet cleaning companies in Huntsville Madison county. The recipients were nominated by consumers through a survey, after which an independent firm 20/20 Research complied and tabulated the results. 20/20 Research incorporated is based out of Nashville, TN and also has offices in Charlotte, NC and Miami, FL. They are one of the top online research companies in America, whose stellar clientele list includes Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, Pfizer, Merck, HP, Kraft, TV Guide, Intel, UPS, NFL, John Deere, Anheuser Busch, Proctor & Gamble, BellSouth and Gannett…just to name a few.

Before contacting Personal Touch Carpet Care, an extensive background search on the company was conducted as part of the selection process. David Sanders, the president of the company, was then asked to participate in an assessment interview with Best in Business Award. Items ranging from years of experience to customer service procedures were discussed, and specific questions regarding the business’ or professional’s hiring criteria of its employees and their current status with respect to insurance coverage were also addressed.

Personal Touch has been in business for over 22 years they have expanded and are also servicing the Madison county area.

David Sanders has two Masters, one in cleaning and another in restoration. He is known internationally as the First International Carpet Spot removal Champion.
