Since 1986, our mission has remained simple and unwavering: to provide our clients with the most outstanding cleaning experience possible. Early on, my wife and partner, Alesia, and I learned that turning that mission into reality required hard work, constant learning, and a commitment to excellence.

To deliver the best for our customers, we trained at cleaning schools across the United States, earning certifications in 18 areas of cleaning and restoration. I currently hold three master designations: Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Master Textile Cleaner, and Master Water Restorer.

In 1992 we competed against other carpet cleaners in an international spot removal contest. Winning this contest was a highlight for our company. We were put in trade magazines all over the world. We are known internationally as the First International Spot Removal Champions.

Our dedication to ethics has always been at the core of our company. In 2000, we joined the Better Business Bureau, and in 2003 and 2004 we were honored with the Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics—the highest award given by the BBB. We are proud to be the first carpet cleaning company to win this award in both Tennessee and Alabama.

We were also selected for the Best in Business Award in Huntsville–Madison County, chosen by local consumers and verified through an extensive independent review process, including background checks and interviews.
