Our Story

Hello, I’m David Sanders, President and CEO of Personal Touch Carpet Care.

Ever since 1986 the mission of our company has remained the same, “to provide our clients with the most outstanding cleaning experience possible.” In order to keep our dream alive Alesia (my wife and partner) and I soon realized that having a dream and making it a reality was a different story.

To reach our goals we attended cleaning schools all over the United States. we hold certifications in 18 areas of cleaning and restoration. I now have three masters, Master fire and smoke , Master textile cleaning, Master water restorer.

In 1992 we competed against other carpet cleaners in an international spot removal contest. Winning this contest was a highlight for our company. We were put in trade magazines all over the world. We are known internationally as the First International Spot Removal Champions.

In order to foster high ethics in the cleaning industry we have joined the Better Business Bureau in the year 2000. Later in 2003 we won the torch award for marketplace ethics, this award is presented to business that consistently display high ethical values in their business philosophy. The torch award is the highest award given to a member of the better business bureau. We won this in Tennessee. In 2004 we won the award again this time in Alabama. We are the first carpet cleaning company to win this award in both Tennessee and Alabama.

Winning the Best In Business Award is also special because, from among all the carpet cleaning companies in Huntsville – Madison counties we were selected by local consumers through a survey, after which as independent firm, 20/20 Research, complied and tabulated the results. An extensive background search was then conducted on our company including an assessment interview with me (David Sanders), the principal officer of Personal Touch Carpet Care.

Many customers are looking for a reputable company like ours. Today the business world is changing. There are so many dishonest carpet cleaning companies. Just think about how confusing and frustrating choosing a carpet cleaner can be. Dishonest cleaning companies often give you a low price to get in the door, later they come up with some reason why the price is higher than what was advertised or quoted over the phone.

Does that sound like a scam? Carpet cleaning is not as cheap as some would like for you to think. When you call the Best in the Business (Personal Touch Carpet Care) you get the best result and save money in the long run.

When you call our company expect to experience: Excellence, Integrity, Trust, and Respect.

Feel free to contact us anytime, we look forward to serving you.

From David
