Sanders says, “ I have been in the cleaning and restoration business for over 25 years, and in that time our industry has changed for the better. My company is on a continuing education program this has made a world of difference as to the quality of our work.
Mold can make us very sick, it’s the thing we do not see that we have to careful about, think about the amount of contaminants in our heating and air duct work. When was the last time it was cleaned? Filthy air ducts blow dust, bacteria, fungi, mold and pollen on you and your family while you eat, watch T.V. and sleep, causing sneezing, dry cough, stuffy nose, headache, nausea and burning itching eyes. If water damaged structures are not dried correctly deadly mold can develop threatening the health of your entire family. That’s why it is imperative that customers call us as soon as they experience a water damage emergency.
The goal of our company is to use our training to properly care for our customers’ investments; and at the same time, protect the customer from harm.”
Increasingly insurance companies are requiring cleaners and restorers to be IICRC qualified to the Clean Trust standard in order to meet the criteria to care for insurance claims.
The IICRC is an independent certification and standard – setting organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration active in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Japan in partnership with regional and international trade associations.
Currently Personal Touch is certified with the IICRC in 17 different areas of cleaning and restoration. So when the customer calls, they can be assured that they will receive our very best.
